At DIGS, we furnish homes for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness, including veterans, domestic violence survivors, families rebuilding after crisis and individuals in recovery. Every donated item helps turn an empty space into a warm, welcoming home filled with dignity, comfort and hope.  Together with our volunteers, designers and community partners, we thoughtfully furnish homes to provide stability and a fresh start for Chicago families.

Need A Pickup?
For larger donations, we offer monthly pickup service within Chicago city limits. Simply complete the form below and a member of our Team will review your submission and follow up with next steps. A tax-deductible donation of $50–$500 is requested based on the size and volume of the donation to help offset truck operations, fuel and pickup crew expenses.

Before You Donate
To help us maximize our impact and serve as many families as possible:

—> All items must be clean and in good working condition.
—> Pickup items must be located at ground level or in a garage.
—> Beds, dining tables and similar items should be disassembled prior to pickup.
—> Our team reserves the right to decline items that cannot be safely used in client homes.
